When we shoot the pictures of the puppies at 5 weeks it takes at least two people to shoot the photo, Kenny chasing, getting the puppies attention and resetting the puppy at least a hundred (no exaggeration) times until we get the right angle or look and then it is up to me to shoot in a split second to catch the shot. Or Visa Versa sometimes it is Kenny shooting and me chasing and setting. It does take hours to set up and then shoot the pictures. We set up lighting and backdrops etc. Then I lay on my side for about 2 to 3 hours shooting photos. We shot 500 photos to get these 16 photos. Puppies want to play with humans, not sit for a picture, and they are constantly moving, or making goofy faces, or running to the camera. It is a challenge, but lots of fun and lots of laughs. Maybe one day we will publish the out takes. So here are the puppies from Maggie and Dakota's litter. We will be contacting everyone with a deposit down this week to set up times next weekend for picking of your puppy. Puppies can then go home the weekend of October 17 and 18. It looks like we will be delivering Angel and Dakota's pups tonight so I had better get out to the kennel. Enjoy the photos.
